Pelvic health is complex.

I have seen quite a few Pelvic Floor PTs postpartum and Rachael is, in my opinion, the best! I struggled with leaking while working out. Rachael is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. She is constantly staying up to date with the newest information and has helped me tremendously. I will definitely continue seeing her during and after my next pregnancies!—Meghan S.
